Spatial Scene: photos with depth
Open a photo, press Spatial, and it turns into a 3D scene: the subject stands out and the background shifts behind it as you move the pointer or tilt your phone.

v5.10.0 brings Spatial Scene, which turns a photo into a 3D scene that moves with your pointer or your phone. Library Cleanup arrives on the web and in the app, with a daily rewind and queues for the photos you no longer need. Search on the phone is rebuilt around live filter chips, and database backups can now go to S3. This is a release candidate: try it on a test instance or with a fresh backup.
Open a photo, press Spatial, and it turns into a 3D scene: the subject stands out and the background shifts behind it as you move the pointer or tilt your phone.

A daily rewind of everything you took on this date in past years, plus cleanup queues for space hogs, bursts, screenshots and blurry shots, on the web and in the app.

Search on the phone becomes a mode of the Photos tab: type @people, #tags, places or years, add filter chips with live counts, and watch the results narrow as you go.

On a server that keeps its photos in S3, scheduled database backups go to the same bucket, so losing the server's disk no longer takes the backups with it.

Space owners can now let editors add members and switch them between viewer and editor.
Buttons give a little under your finger or pointer, trashed photos fly into the Trash, and pages crossfade.
